MintMech designs and delivers mechanical systems and supporting equipment for clients who need engineering that performs under real operating constraints. Our work
We work where operating limits are real: offshore weather windows, vessel motion, difficult access, demanding duty cycles. The focus is delivery that works in service, supported by clear documentation and controlled execution.
Our expertise
We bring together mechanical and structural engineering, hydraulics, controls and automation, handling systems and project delivery – supported by operational awareness, so designs stay buildable and maintainable and offshore execution is considered from the outset. Equipment can be supplied with third-party certification (DNV, Lloyd’s Register, Bureau Veritas or ABS) and CE or UKCA marking as required.

Our approach: design, build, commission
End-to-end engineering support. After exploring the options we develop the design, manage fabrication and assembly, test the equipment, deliver it to site and support commissioning until it runs as planned. We provide turnkey fabricated and assembled equipment – managing fabrication through a trusted UK and international supplier network so the right specialist does the right work, to the right quality. Work is structured to reduce project noise: clear scope, clear interfaces, defined review points, predictable delivery.
Our facility
Designed, built and tested in-house at our facility in Penryn, Cornwall. Equipment is assembled, integrated and tested before it leaves – reducing interfaces, shortening lead times and improving confidence at mobilisation. Developed with support from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
